Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your Clueless account, you have the following options:

• In-App:

  • Open the Clueless app, go to Profile > Delete Account

• By Email:

  • If you no longer have app access, email contact@clueless.shop with your registered email and a request to delete your account.

Data Deletion After Account Deletion
Deleted Immediately: Personal information, preferences, and activity history.
Retained: Data required for legal or compliance purposes may be kept for up to 90 days.
